Corun prepared a Transport Assessment to support  a planning application for a proposed development of 100 residential holiday homes, a 100 bed hotel, restaurant, heated indoor swimming pool and all-weather tennis courts. Located next to Pantglas Hall.

Care Home & Retail / Office Development, Risca

A Transport Statement was produced for a proposed 80-bed care home and Retail/Office Development. The development was granted planning permission on 3 November 2011 by the planning committee of Caerphilly County Borough Council. Client: The Bird Group of Companies Ltd.

Corun received a commission from GCCC to assess the impact generated by a proposed 150 unit residential development on the existing uses currently gaining access via College Mews. The need for the TS became apparent following safety concerns raised by Bristol City Council. Client: Gloucestershire County Cricket Club.

Corun were instructed to produce a Transport Statement in support of planning application for a pub / restaurant. A key aspect of the commission was to design a suitable access junction which incorporated an existing controlled pedestrian crossing.
